Authors guidelines

 PAPER PRESENTATION OF ACCEPTED PAPERS

• Each of the session will be held in a specific virtual room on Discord.
• Each session will last between 90 and 120 minutes and will be divided equally among papers.
  
• Authors are strongly advised to get in contact with the session chair to receive the practical details about how the session will be organised.
  
• Each presenter must be present at least 5 minutes before the presentation time to avoid delaying the following presentations

PAPER PRESENTATION OF ARTICLES FOR DEVELOPPEMENT WORKSHOPS

 Papers which are not scoring enough for acceptance in the regular presentation sessions may be proposed by the scientific committee for the paper development workshops. Each session will last a maximum of 90 minutes and will be divided equally between the articles. The workshop participants will be divided into small groups. Authors are strongly advised to get in contact with the session chair to receive the practical details about how the session will be organised.
